Discover Istria - renovated stone house

Casa Nona Roza was built by our family members in the early 20th century and it was a home of our grandparents. It was completely renovated in 2017, keeping in mind keeping the spirit of old times, combining Istrian tradition with all the elements of modern life. What makes it special is the use of traditional material: massive stone walls, wooden floors, wrought iron fence. The house has two floors. On the ground floor there is the kitchen, dining room and living room combined in a single with air-conditioning , large bathroom and games room (darts, soccer table, bike room). On the second floor there are 3 rooms. Two bedrooms with double beds are air conditioning. One of them has the TV. The third bedroom has two single beds and the possibility of heating for cold days. Also on the same floor there is a large bathroom. What dominates the garden is a large meadow with a centennial tree under which in the afternoon you can be in the shade. In the back of the house there is a well built in 1920. Inside the building there are two parking spaces, one of which is covered. The whole property is surrounded by old walls.

In the village there are family houses and holiday homes, while the first restaurant is 2 km away, the first shop 3 km away, and the nearest beach 6 km away. In a fully fenced yard of 910 m2, guests have at their disposal a 28 m2 swimming pool with a sunbathing area and 4 deckchairs, 3 parking spaces and a children's playground. The house is intended for 4-6 people

To the nearest beaches is about 12km. Welcome in Istria!!
