Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Brighton and Hove

Amazing stay at Ricky’s place in Brighton. Location was perfect, walkable to everywhere we needed. Apartment was decorated great & what really stood out was the amenities - above any other Air BnB we’ve stayed in. Will definitely be back

Super, clean rooftop Airbnb overlooking the marina. Great location - walkable to centre of town and lots of amenities on your doorstep. Hot tub was a great supplement and worth the extra money. The facilities inside the apartment were great. Just be aware the 3rd bedroom has 2 single beds, not 3 as it says in the description. Overall a great stay, thanks.

We had an amazing stay at the Stylish Maisonette with Hot Tub in Brighton and Hove! The apartment was exactly as described modern, beautifully decorated, and exceptionally clean. The layout was spacious and comfortable. The hot tub was definitely the highlight clean, warm, and super relaxing after a day of exploring the city. Self check-in was super smooth and convenient, which made arriving stress-free. The host provided clear instructions. The location was fantastic just a short walk from the seafront, local shops, and restaurants. It felt private and peaceful, yet close enough to everything we needed. Overall, our stay was incredibly enjoyable and relaxing. We’d happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and stylish spot in Brighton.

My family and I enjoyed staying at Bens place. The hot tub was the selling point for us to unwind after a long day at the beach. The house had everything we needed and I would recommend to anyone having a Brighton getaway, especially with how close it is to the pier (10 min walk)! Thanks Ben for being so attentive!

We had the greatest girls weekend at the Funky house! The house is super quirky, with everything you need for a a fun stay. Would definitely recommend this place! The house itself was spotless, and the hot tub was a great bonus! The hosts were so friendly and responsive, we felt right at home. We will be sure to visit again!

The check in and check out procedures were very easy and all useful information was provided well in advance. It had everything we needed and the hot tub was amazing! Highly recommended for a large group. The only drawback is the lack of parking nearby.

One of the standout aspects of our stay was how she helped us decorate the complex – she truly made our vision come to life and put so much care into every detail. It felt so personal and thoughtful, which made our time there even more special. The space itself was absolutely spotless. You could tell Tracy takes a lot of pride in maintaining a clean and comfortable environment. Every room was immaculate, fresh, and so welcoming. It honestly felt like a home away from home. Finding the place was super easy, too – clear directions and great communication made checking in a breeze. And when it comes to value, it couldn’t have been better. For everything that was included – the space, the amenities, the beautiful decor, and Tracy’s incredible support – the price was perfectly reasonable too. Thank you again!!

My friends and I really enjoyed our stay at Amber’s apartment. Communication prior to and during the stay was great. The apartment itself was clean and ideally located. Having access to the pool and gym at the hotel below was a fantastic perk. We did unfortunately have to request some of the stated amenities during our stay. It would also be a nice touch if there was some furniture on the balcony to be able to enjoy the view. But other than that, we had a great stay!
