Fabulous 1 double bed studio, 5 min from the sea.

Away from the hustle and noise of central Brighton, the Studio is only 20 mins to town and 5 mins walk to Hove Lagoon. With your own entrance, the Studio has recently been furnished with double bed, TV with Freeview, Netflix etc and great Wi-fi, as well as a sofa futon for that extra bed if needed and a lovely shower in the bathroom. The kitchenette has fridge + icebox, microwave, kettle, 2-ring induction hob with use of a BBQ. Everything for your perfect weekend get away in Brighton and Hove!

Free parking lines the whole road. It’s an 8-min walk to the nearest station, 20 mins to the sea/central Hove. By car, it’s just 5 mins to Hove, 15 to Brighton.

Gorgeous cabin in Brighton

This gorgeous little cabin is a perfect place for up to 2 adults (sorry no under 18’s) if you would like to be 20 minutes by bus from central Brighton but want to be somewhere quiet to sleep. Somewhere where you can go on a beautiful country walk within 5 minutes and be on the beach within a 15 minute drive. You can park for free and hop on a bus opposite where you are staying. Easily accessed from Brighton and a short bus from Preston Park station. The cabin is cosy, beautiful and stylish.

We would love to host you in our bright, brand new modern annex building at the foot of the South Downs Way and 20 minutes by public transport to the colourful City of Brighton and it's famous beach and pier. You will have exclusive access to this extension to our home, with your own kitchen, bathroom and access to fast wifi. We are very happy to advise on where to go, eat etc, or leave you in total peace if you prefer. Our labrador is extremely greedy and very nosey, hope you like dogs!!
