Ride your ATV right from the house directly to the VASA trail network!! Brighton allows riders on public roads from 7am to 10pm. Ride from downtown Island Pond to Derby and Wheelock. 100's of miles of trails are accessible from our location. Use this as your base camp for outdoor adventure! Extremely private and newly renovated home nested on 53 acres close to Island Pond town center. Amazing hunting, fishing, hiking, skiing, fall foliage, snowmobile and ATV riding right at your doorstep.

The cabin is located in a photographer paradise- where you can enjoy the wildlife in its natural setting. Being close to many local activities and attractions, the VAST snowmobile trails (200 yds to Old County Trail near trail 114 (Westmore), Island Pond, Willoughby Lake, Kingdom Trails/Burke Mountain, Silvio Conte Wildlife Management Area-are located a short drive from the property. After a full day of activities in Northern VT/NH you can enjoy an outdoor hot tub and warm up in the sauna.

Access to 1 mile +/- of scenic wooded trails & beaver pond w/ pedal boat. Close to Burke Mtn, VAST & Kingdom Trails. Hosts on site & available if needed. DISH, smart TV, movies & games. Internet & WiFi not always reliable due to rural area. NO PETS. Please don't ask.

You and your guest are welcome to enjoy our 40 acres of forest/wetland, go canoeing in our canoe, soak in the custom made cedar hot tub, hang out at the fire pit/garden area, or just enjoy having a private holiday. The treehouse is located just 5 minutes from downtown Newport and is 22 minutes to Jay Peak Ski Resort.
