Christel & Mario welcome you in this newly furnished apartment, located 4 minutes from Brignoud train station, 10 min from Crolles, 40 min from Prapoutel Les 7 Laux, and 25 min from Grenoble by car or train. The apartment includes kitchen, bedroom (double bed), shower room, toilet, and a private terrace, connected to the rest of the house by a hallway separated by a curtain. Independent access is available via the terrace. Free street parking is available. A bicycle is at your disposal.

Ideally located for winter sports (the 7 Laux are 18 km away), mountain hiking, cycling and paragliding. Free closed parking and possibility of a closed room for bicycles.
