Former hunting lodge from 1895. The cottage can accommodate 9 to 10 people with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It is adjoining the owners house. A haven of peace surrounded by forests 2.5 km from the village and 2 hours from Paris. Another cottage for 5 people on the property (La Maison du Verger) On site, board games, Molki, petanque balls. You will be staying close to the châteaux of the Loire, the Beauval Zoo, Étang du Puits, the vineyards of Sancerre, hiking, horse riding, and more.

Sologne of the "Bontens" ponds

Adjacent to our main house, this small house, typically Solognote, has been renovated by us. Its entrance is protected by a veranda. It consists of a living room with kitchenette and sofa bed, a bedroom with double bed and wardrobe and a bathroom with shower. The entrance to the house on the street is independent of ours, a private garage is available. Dog accepted, clean, (12 kg max), on request, subject to conditions, only one pet allowed.
