Meraviglioso rustico duplex, incastonato nel nucleo di Avegno, offre pace e silenzio. All'interno c'è un piccolo angolo salotto pranzo con camino e pigna e una cucina nuova; salendo le scale si accede alle due camere, una matrimoniale da mille e una notte e una trasformabile da letto singolo a letto matrimoniale ed un comodo bagno von vasca. All'esterno vi sono molti spazi per leggere o mangiare, una stupenda terrazza con chaise longue, un patio con tavolo e sedie ed un giardinetto con poltrone.

Zwei 300-jährige Steinhäuser mit originalen Granitdächern — euer eigener kleiner Weiler, ein Steinwurf von Lavertezzo und der smaragdgrünen Verzasca entfernt. Hier ist sonst niemand. Direkt hinter den Häusern der Kastanienwald, gegenüber ein Wasserfall. Nachts hört man ausser Fluss und Grillen nichts. Beide Häuser zusammen; 300 m², insgesamt 5 Zimmer (davon 3 Schlafzimmer), 12 Schlafplätze, 2 Küchen, 2 Bäder, 2 Cheminées, 2 Terrassen und schattiger Garten — alles verbunden, alles für Euch.

"Casa la Rustica", arredamento funzionale e confortevole, adatta a tutti, per chi cerca il relax, per chi ama passeggiare in montagna o per chi cerca delle escursioni impegnative. Vicino avete il bellissimo fiume con le sue acque verdi. E molto vicina all' area Boulder. Per uso privato: giardino e barbecue. Scalinata (15 scalini) fino a la casa. Parcheggio privato per due auto. Negozio alimentare 700 m, ristorante 200 m, fermata bus 250 m, piscina 15 km, stabilimento balneare 15 km.

Casa Müsu, grazioso rustico in Val Verzasca

Casa Müsu è un grazioso piccolo rustico completamente rinnovato. Si trova ai piedi del pizzo Vogorno, a metà strada tra Locarno e le pozze della Verzasca a Lavertezzo e Brione. La prima camera è al secondo piano del corpo principale: ha un letto matrimoniale. La seconda è a dieci metri da Casa Müsu: vi si accede con una scala esterna coperta e ha un letto matrimoniale (come in foto) o due letti singoli. Si può aggiungere un terzo lettino. Casa Müsu ha un posto auto privato.

Grazioso rustico in un piccolo nucleo di Gerra Verzasca. Ideale per massimo 2 persone. Disposto su tre piani. Al pian terreno troviamo la cucina con camino e tavolo da pranzo. Mediante scala a chiocciola si raggiunge il primo piano dove è situato il salottino con accesso al balcone. Sempre al primo piano troviamo il servizio wc con doccia e lavabo. Nel sottotetto all'ultimo piano vi è la camera da letto/studio.

Lost in the forest but at only 5 minutes walk of the parking place, a cable car (just for your lugages) is helping you on your arrival. To reach the chalet you have a 5 min walk. The place is very quiet and surrounded by the beautiful swiss Alps. Animals are welcome.

Das Grundstück umfasst die beiden Häuser, eine grosse Spiel- und Liegewiese und den angrenzenden Wald. Die Häuser sind gut eingerichtet. Alle Zimmer haben Bad/WC oder Dusche WC. Gäste WC im Haupthaus.
