It can only accommodate two adults, and a private parking space is available a few metres away. There's no TV. Quiet and sunny area, surrounded by greenery, with a large garden for guests. It is 16 km from Lake Lugano, 12 km from Bellinzona and 25 km from Locarno. HOLIDAY CARDS for everyone.

My apartment belongs to Ronco and has a magnificent view over Lake Maggiore. Distance to the village of Ronco: 10 minutes on foot. The "Cimitero" (cemetery) bus stop is 50 meters from the entrance. Ronco (353 m above sea level) has 700 inhabitants and 4 restaurants. Distance to Ascona: 15 minutes by car. The apartment was completed in 2016. It is small (28 square meters) but nice (all new high-quality equipment). This apartment is a non-smoking apartment.
