This 1,586 Sq Ft home can house a MAX of 6 guests in 3 bedrooms. Amenities are 100 mbs Wi-Fi, TV, gas fireplace, gas grill, hot tub, whole house generator, central A/C, screened porch and huge patio. Parking pass to the private town beach that is less than 1/4 mile away.

This is one room with a queen bed and a 3/4 bathroom. Breakfast nook, mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker. This room comes with it's own seperate entrance, private bathroom, and private patio (Patio is not open in the winter). Also we have off street parking for one or two cars. I am new to hosting, so for now please a two person max. Walking distance to downtown. Less than 100 yards and you are in the middle of downtown Meredith.

Air conditioned 1000 square foot, light filled studio with full kitchen and private bath in secluded rural setting 5 minutes from I 93 and in between Newfound and Squam Lakes. Ample private parking, private entrance, outdoor lawn with perennial gardens with dining table, chairs and grill. A stream runs through the property with trails alongside of it. Dogs love this place!
