Dome 1 is a light spacious cottage with an open living space and a large shower room. The kitchen is well equipped for your stay and we also provide freshly ground Oso Negro coffee beans and a selection of teas. Beautiful rustic off-grid straw bale cabin surrounded by unspoiled nature and working ranch lands, located between Calgary and Canmore. Running water May-Oct, wood stove and old-fashioned outhouse. Cozy and simple with all the comforts you need. We lived in this little cabin with two toddlers for over a year while we built our house and it has everything you need to be comfortable. It is magical in the winter. Fun fact: A full length feature film was recently filmed here!
