Large sunny great room with tv and DISH satellite. There is over 500 sq feet of deck space overlooking the bay and the freshwater marsh managed by the Nature Conservancy. Watch sunrise over the bay and sunset over the beautiful marsh filled with many species of birds. Dogs must be walked on a leash and do-do picked up!

This charming cottage is a great romantic getaway. It is cozy and an easy walk into the historic town of Lewes ~ many great restaurants are nearby. Lewes is a fascinating & historic town with so much to do: biking, canoeing, birding, beach time, museums, and more. The doors of the Cottage have low head jams and the stairs are compact. There is some noise from the nearby road ~ a white noise machine is provided. The cottage is compact, the refrigerator for the Cottage is a small one.

A two-story yellow house is featured, with a spacious front porch framed by wooden railings. Stairs lead up to the entrance, where a screened-in porch is visible. Surrounding greenery adds to the peaceful ambiance of the exterior.

If you have never been to Broadkill, this is a must. If you are looking for a quiet place to relax, read your favorite book on an empty beach, fish or crab, visit the famous Rehoboth Boardwalk or shop at the outlets, this is the place for you. Located only 1 1/2 block from the beach. Bird watchers paradise. Home on dead end street with very little to zero traffic. Located next to Prime hook National Wildlife Refuge. The extra person charge is for adults only exceeding 4 guest.

Peaceful, secluded, tranquil, yet close to attractions. Our home is located at the more private (i.e. no crowds) southern end of Broadkill. The boardwalk in front of our home leads to the beach path access across the street. You will enjoy views from both the front and back decks: including the beach & Prime Hook Wildlife Refuge.
