Open living room and kitchen area provides a great gathering space for everyone to watch TV, eat and play games. Three bedrooms and a den with a futon that pulls out to a full size bed. You can get to the beach by a very short walk through a private walkway from the condo building. The view from the private balcony is perfect and relaxing.
