Monthly Rentals in Broadwater Down

This apartment was one of the most comfortable and considered I have stayed in on Airbnb. Lovingly put together, the interior is attractive and detail orientated, and made us feel very at home. The location couldn't be better, we had a great time and excellent stay.

Absolutely loved our stay at Claire’s place! The location is fantastic — super convenient and close to everything we needed. The space was spotless and really well maintained. The kitchen was fully equipped and easy to use, with all the cutlery and appliances clearly thought through. The bathroom had a high-end finish that gave it a real luxury feel. Would definitely stay here again — highly recommend!

We had a great stay at Nick’s place! Super convenient to get around, right next to the beautiful Pantiles and not too far from the station. The actual flat was lovely too - it was super clean, had a fully equipped kitchen for cooking, and complimentary Netflix and Amazon prime accounts on the TV for chilling too. Only flag is it is quite a lot of stairs to the third floor if you have limited mobility but it was perfect for us and would definitely book again if visiting Tunbridge Wells in future! 😊
