The apartment is located in Nybøl which is a small town close to Sønderborg. The apartment consists of kitchen and living room in one. The kitchen is fully equipped. A bathroom with a washing machine is available. In the bedroom there is a double bed. The bedroom is closed off by a curtain leading into the hallway. In addition, it is possible to make the sofa up to 2 people. In the living room there is a TV with cromecast. There is access to a lovely balcony overlooking fields.

Our apartment (kitchen and bathroom were renovated in March 2019) (approx. 40 m²) with private terrace is located in a detached stately villa in Sönderhav/Denmark. From the terrace you can enjoy the magnificent panoramic view of the Flensburg Fjord. The apartment is located on the lower floor of our house in a garden with fruit trees. The historic Gendarme Trail, a hiking trail from Padborg to Høruphav, runs about 60 meters along the house by the water
