The house has a wood-burning stove and a heat pump. Only about 10 minutes from Sønderborg and Gråsten, and 30 minutes from Flensborg.

The holiday home is located in the north of Schleswig-Holsteins, in the spa Glücksburg, directly at the Baltic Sea. From the patio along the backside of the house you have a really great view on a nature reserve with a nice lake. Relax in this cozy cottage with a lovely location in the small cottage area, Brunsnæs. The cottage is 74 m2 and is located on an 898 m2 plot overlooking the water and 150 m to the beach. Here the Gendarmstien passes and in the summer months the bicycle ferry sails from Brunsnæs to Langballigau in Germany. The cottage is cozy and invites you to many cozy moments.
