Goed gelegen op 20 minuten stappen van station, stadscentrum, expo. Mogelijkheid tot gratis parkeren op 5 minuten stappen. Winkels en enkele horecazaken op wandelafstand. Tweepersoonsbed van 1,40 m. Sofa-bed met dezelfde afmetingen. Boiler met 50 liter warm water (goed voor 2 douchebeurten van 5 minuten).
