Cozy Swiss farmhouse with Alpine views

Historic, rustic farmhouse, modernized with 3 floors. The house is quietly situated in the middle of nature, surrounded by woods and pastures with a view of the Alpstein. There is plenty of space for up to 8 guests to get together, including a very well-equipped kitchen (including fondue dishes and baking utensils), a cozy living room, a beautiful farm garden with a large terrace. The wonderful location between Lake Constance and the Alpstein invites you to go cycling, hiking and exploring.

A comfortable living area features a black leather sofa and a red armchair, complemented by a glass coffee table. Natural light filters through sheer curtains, highlighting a modern TV and a nearby armchair. A small bookshelf is visible against the wall.

Renovated 4.5-room apartment 90m² - quiet location

Geniesse ein stilvolles Ambiente in einer wunderschönen 4.5 Zimmer Wohnung in der wunderschönen historischen Stadt Wil im Fürstenland. Die Wohnung ist verkehrstechnisch sehr gut erschlossen. Dies gilt für den öffentlichen wie den privaten Verkehr. Man benötigen zu Fuss 2min zur nächsten Bushaltestelle bzw. 5min ins Stadtzentrum. In 7min ist man mit dem PW auf der Autobahn. Wil liegt mitten im Herzen der Ostschweiz und ist verkehrstechnisch sehr gut vernetzt. Wir freuen uns auf Euch.
