Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Broome County

Wow. Beautiful home. The rooms were large and well appointed. Kitchen had everything we needed for our visit. The bathroom was huge and the tub was a nice surprise. The hosts were so welcoming. My 80 mother was in our party and she has mobility issues. Barrie could not have been more accommodating. My mother said she might just stay!! Overall a 10!!!

Lovely townhouse in a street lined on both side with similar townhouses. Feels like you’re in a regular neighborhood after turning off a busy city street. We were greeted by a charming young neighbor boy and his mom! We were able to park in the driveway both nights. That was a plus. Hotel like is a good description but it’s much bigger than a hotel. Nice sized bedroom and bathroom and a separate living room. We definitely heard noise from the street and traffic going by but the fan in the room provided some good white noise to block it out while we slept. Recommendation for people not familiar with the area. Breakfast at Chris’ diner (cash only) which was very close and dinner at Little Venice or Cortese restaurants- the best Italian food in Binghamton. All the reviews about the host are accurate. She could not have been more proactive in her communication and also very concerned that everything was ok and we had no issues.

What a perfect spot! Close to everything, yet very quiet and private. The pool was a great addition to an already beautiful home. The kitchen is fantastic and had everything we needed and more. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable, with plenty of flexibility for our group of 9. Could have easily had 4 price more with space to spare. The bathrooms were clean and everything worked great. And all the towels and linens and sheets were clean and neat. Will definitely rebook next timber make it to the area.

Great place to stay for the three of us visiting a sick relative. Lots of room, comfy beds and very homey feel. Nicole Lee was great with some flexibility on our schedule. Would recommend her place to anyone staying in the area!

yoni was such a fabulous host—he answered all my questions in a timely manner and gave great recs for things to do and towns to visit nearby. the space was exactly as described/pictured and was more beautiful in person than i imagined. it’s definitely a great place to relax and enjoy the peacefulness of the outdoors. plus we loved the sauna, games, and projector! will definitely come back :)

I stayed in the upper floor unit of this duplex. The interior has been refreshed while retaining the original charming elements of when it was first built. The beds were comfortable the shower had good water pressure and hot water. I was staying due to work at the UHS hospital and this location could not have been more convenient!

This house is idyllic, had a herd of deer visit outside every night of our stay. A cozy space that we would gladly stay in again.

I’m the center of everything! Easily walkable to many different spots in city.

Great spot with a ton of amenities. Enough dishwasher and laundry pods, toiletries, and coffee to last for weeks. Would stay again!

We had a great stay at Anna’s place! It was extremely clean, and had everything we needed. Would stay again!

Margie's place was lovely, clean, and comfortable. We stayed for almost 2 weeks, and it was very homey. There are a lot more kitchen tools and things than I've had in previous Airbnbs, and everything was easy to find. Margie was very kind and responsive when we communicated. All in all a great place to stay!

Was a great place to stay. Very clean, and she even left snacks,treats, and water for us which Is above and beyond in my opinion.

I’ve stayed at this place many times as I work in Binghamton one week/month. It has everything I need to cook a simple meal. Comfortable bed No elevator so if stairs are not your thing, it is on the second floor

A great find for us. Very cute place with a working kitchen. We were there Easter weekend and I was able to cook some things for a family gathering with ease. We were able to check in a little early which was a huge help. We will be back!!

My family and I loved staying at Matt’s place again and we are looking forward to staying at Matt’s place again in the future. Matt’s place is so beautiful, and it is beautifully decorated. It is immaculate , you could eat off the floors . It has everything we needed, it’s so roomy and it has such a warm welcoming feeling when you walk in. The location is beautiful too, Greene is a beautiful town. We had breakfast two times at Bonnies, it was so delicious . The communication with Matt was excellent . I highly recommend Matt’s place , I promise you will enjoy your stay .

This place was great for my quick weekend stay, the bathroom is a little small but it was fine. Very quiet, easy check in, quiet neighborhood. Looks just like the pictures I would definitely stay here again ☺️

This was a great place for the price. It was clean and comfortable. Communication was great. We didn't have any issues and Jose checked in with us to make sure we didn't need anything.

Quiet neighborhood. Clean studio apartment in a finished basement. Great shower experience. I even liked the hot tub outside. Off street parking for 1 car. Plenty of power outlets. Good lighting in the bathroom. Downsides, heat is manually adjusted. Not thermostat controlled. No desk for working remotely.
