Centrally located in Winterton comfortable for a singleton, couple or couple with child with a host of food outlets, pubs and shops conveniently located on your doorstep. Only 25mins from Humberside Airport. This compact self catering annexe is within the grounds of a family home with outside seating available to enjoy. Please note there are resident Cockerpoos on the grounds. We are pet-friendly and welcome well-behaved small dogs (one per stay only). Secure on-site parking for motorbikes.

The cottage is ideal for couples, business travellers, families with one child and dogs. The village has a great pub with delicious home cooked food and a cosy open fire. Only 3 miles away is the historic Market town of Howden with it's great range of shops, cafes and bars. Laxton is an ideal base for exploring East or North Yorkshire.

In addition there is a sofa bed in the living room, so this cottage can be occupied by 2-4 guests. The private and prettily planted courtyard has seating and a BBQ. Please note that as this is a period property the stairs to the upstairs bedroom are narrow and very steep and would sadly not be suitable for anyone with mobility issues.
