The stay at Gustavo's place in Brotas was amazing! He was super attentive from the start, always responding quickly and passing all the instructions clearly. The house is excellent: very well-equipped, with a full kitchen (and even beyond necessary), great bathrooms and comfortable, smelling linens. Everything was very clean and organized. The house is still all automated with Alexa, which brought even more practicality for the stay. Not to mention the valuable tips Gustavo has given us about tours and places in Brotas. Everything corresponds exactly to what was posted in the ad. I definitely want to come back again. I highly recommend it!

All ok as in the photos, Michele is attentive and provided all information. o Check in and check out super practical, with a password in the safe to remove the keys. The well organized house, beautiful. The pool was also clean but not heated, Michele explained that the temperature when there is a lot of hot sun the water gets more cold, but sometimes those who like it can also enjoy it. Just a care that the bathroom floor is quite slippery. I recommend it to everyone.

Home, location, stay and everything related to these points was great. I really don't have anything to score. All as advertised and contracted. I spent the 2025 Carnival holiday in Brotas and it was 10! And this stay has greatly contributed to my tour becoming a great souvenir. Thank you.

Alda's house is delicious! We were very well received by her and everything was in perfect accordance as described in the listing. Comfortable beds, fans in every room, equipped kitchen with all necessary utensils, barbecue on the balcony. Residential place and insurance. We love it! We will definitely go back again and again. It was a pleasant surprise to return to Brotas and to find a special and well-groomed and capricious corner of fact! Carmen, in addition to being generous, is people like us and super connected in the details! the house has everything we guests need and the hygiene that I so much value is impeccable! You realize that there is a maintenance on the site that should be constant so there is a focus on keeping the environments well maintained! Logical that it is important and I hope so much that everyone who comes in the house, to maintain this standard of care and affection because it really is a very nice place and I stay in the crowd to keep it that way! Carmen is a grace of person and made my experience in the house even better, leaving the house more than fragrant and pampering! Thank you, dear, for all the affection and care with us! see you soon! because I will return for sure! feel embraced!

The house was perfectly clean, easy check-in, perfect location and a 5-minute walk to the Minatel Supermarket (very complete), neighborhood and quiet neighborhood. The house is apparently new, pleasant and safe, all the items working, in short, a place that I would undoubtedly return in a new opportunity. Thanks!

Cor made everything perfectly well during our stay, the house met all our needs! An addendum to the shower that is perfect, very strong and warm☺️☺️ Vanda who welcomed us and was extremely polite and attentive, sure to return to sprouts I would be staying in the house again!

We went to five friends, all of them were well accommodated. The house had all the equipment and utensils for the stay, clean and organized environment, the communication with the host was very good. We were very happy as the choice of the stadium, unfortunately we were not able to enjoy the pool because the water was cold. But we would choose again is home for sure.

The place is very nice and cozy, exactly as in the pictures! We were in a group of 6 and the house is very good! The super-equipped kitchen, air-conditioned/fan rooms, clean linens, the super clean pool and even with a slide! Haha but the highlight really is the kindness of Vivi and her husband! An unusual, kind and friendly hospitality! Vivi received us with a huge smile and a delicious cupcake! It was super solicitous, gave tour tips and what to do in the city! We feel very welcome and at ease!! We will definitely be back!!
