Cozy renovated and clean little house in a quiet and family-oriented neighborhood with a big back yard and a nice setting to enjoy an outdoor BBQ looking at the golf course. Very close to prime shopping, restaurants and the zoo. South Padre Island and SpaceX are also close by. This one bedroom house was completely renovated in 2021. Everything is neat and new. A/C units with heat as well as ceiling fans in every room and a 58" Smart TV / WiFi. Parking on the property just in front of the house.

Half a block from the beach, our home offers incredible amenities. Outdoors you will find a heated pool with a Dakota waterfall, a hot tub, bbq grill, fire pit, loungers, and outdoor shower. Enormous Heated Pool & Spa! Single Family Home!

Stay away from the crowded condos and enjoy relaxing in your own beautifully decorated space. The brand heated new pool is HUGE (15x30) and was built new in 2022 along with the hot tub.
