You can reach it easily by car, it has 2 bedrooms, a modern bathroom, kitchen with wood stove,induction plates,Nespresso + a huge garden. Approx 1 hour out of Vienna. Hiking, biking, walking trails just in front of your doormat.

The family-friendly apartment is located on the first floor of a new residential complex in the St. Sebastian district. Within walking distance you will find both the Bürgeralpe ski slope and ski school (approx. 3 minutes), as well as shopping (Spar, Billa). In about 5 minutes you can reach the beautiful Lake Erlauf (by car). The center of Mariazell with its beautiful basilica and some shops can be reached in about 25 minutes on foot.

There is plenty of room for parking. 😊 Great hiking area, good restaurants and nice small spa nearby. Ideal for short/long trips or a pit stop when traveling abroad ☺️

This 100 year old wooden house is surrounded on 3 sides by forest and offers a wonderful view of the Rax. The south-facing, sunny view extends from the Rax to the Preiner Gschaid. The house has a heating with two Swedish stoves, which are able to heat the entire house. A modern kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator (with freezer) and induction cooker completes the basic equipment. A wonderful place to relax and enjoy nature.
