Rental mostly on a monthly basis ...for professional only... not for touristic reason ... who are out of town or country for their work situation... and for housing related situations ( renovation/moving ...) Plus cash paiement for monthly electric bill...based on own use. Close to LILLE in France and to the historical town of Tournai Peacefull decor ...garden ... Wifi near the front door or in the garden ... It was the setting for the film " Autour de Luisa" in 2016 ( olga Bailiff)
