Holiday rentals with beach access in Brunswick County

Our space is a newly remodeled two bedroom, one bathroom mid century home, all on ground level (two steps to get in and out). The new beach color paint scheme and beach themed accents let our guest know they are on holiday/ vacation at the beach. When you come back from a long day out soaking up the sun, playing in the sand, and site seeing, you have a quiet, clean, cool place to eat, shower, and rest. The living area/ den, has a brand new 55" smart TV with wireless wifi. We have a library of DVDs and Blu-ray disc, too include kid friendly movies. The bedrooms also have smart TVs, incase some want to watch something different. There is no cable TV included. With the smart TV you can access your NETFLIX, HULU, PRIME TV, whatever you may have a membership with. We supply Beach towels, bathroom towels, sheets, and bed spreads. This is a BIG PLUS because some homes don't offer this service. There is a private studio/ office/ Apartment attached that has no access for guest, only used by host. We stay in it on occasion. We do not bother the guest in the house unless we are needed. All that is ask of our guest is that they treat our home as though it was their home. Please respect and take care of all contents, so we can keep it as nice as it was upon arrival. Please remember there are guest coming in after you. This quaint and cozy remodeled one bedroom apartment has all the amenities you to need chill out at the beach. A perfect weekend getaway where you can enjoy your morning coffee on the peaceful back patio, relax then take a short 7 minute walk to the beach, boardwalk, and restaurants. There's an outdoor shower, parking for 2 cars, washer/dryer, and a sleep number mattress to ensure that your stay is as comfortable as possible. Pets are allowed on a case by case basis. It is one of our favorite places to spend time together and we look forward to sharing it with you, your loved ones and friends.

3 blocks from the ocean and 1/2 block from the Carolina Beach Lake trail. Ample parking and private sun deck/shaded patio to wind down after the beach. Freshly renovated and decorated in March 22'. Relax with the family at this peaceful retreat. Surfrider Siesta is a very comfortable, family friendly place to stay. Fully equipped with all the cooking essentials, washer & dryer unit within condo, WiFi and cable. Private beach access is 100 steps from the front door. The complex has three outdoor pools which are seasonal and a recreational building with a heated indoor pool open all year round. It also has sauna, hot tub, gym and changing rooms. Sorry no pets allowed in rentals as per HOA.

Sat -Sat weekly rentals in summer season. PLEASE NOTE: All three pools are for our guests to use and are maintained thru the HOA and we do not have any control over exactly when they open (Usually April 1st ) or if any of them closes for any reason. No refunds will be given if any of the pools are closed temporarily.
