Bruz: furnished and equipped studio

Furnished studio located on the first floor of the residence where I live in Bruz (10 minutes south of Rennes) fully equipped, 23 m2 (toilet located in the hallway 2 m from the studio entrance), 2 minutes' drive from the Kerlann campus, 5 minutes from the exhibition park and close enough to shops; bus stop 200 m away. Finally, noting that the most uncompromising people are those on vacation or on weekends, I only want to receive people who come for work or are in training... A good listener :-)

We live upstairs with young children and this may include noise early in the morning 😉 You will have access to the garden as you wish.
