A stay had everything to look for. Comfortable bed, clean bathroom, sofa bed, desk, closet, tv and fast internet. In addition to all of this, prepared in the cupboard, as well as orange juice, milk and ice cream; a very nice surprise to have breakfast cereals and coffee ready. Thanks for everything

Perfect place for a short stay. Was exactly as described and was perfect for the four of us. The kitchen and bathroom were both stocked with all the basics that made us feel comfortable as soon as we got there. There was plenty of clean bedding and spare pillows, and plenty of towels and shower essentials. This was my first experience of air b&b and I was more than pleased with the standard we received. I loved staying at Julie's place. it's an eclectic mix of design features inside and it was awesome. the house is obviously quite old but everything is clean and what needs to be modernized (bathroom) is. Then there's Julie herself. I had arranged storage for a motorcycle that didn't work out and Julie did everything to make it right. Above and beyond my expectations. really enjoyed meeting and hanging out with her. if I was to visit my daughter at the Uni again I would very much hope to get to.stay at Julie's again. highly recommded!

Emma was always prompt in responding and provided very clear and detailed instructions containing all info you could need. Flat was very clean and had everything needed. Honest information was provided on parking, although we always found a space within 10m of the front door. Great location for Swansea Bay and good restaurant and coffee shops within walking distance.
