Katherine's apartment was an excellent place for us to stay during a medical trip to Colombia. It is just a 3-minute drive to the hospital, which was very convenient. The apartment is fully equipped for a comfortable stay; the beds are cozy, the hot showers have great pressure, and the kitchen has all the cooking and eating utensils you might need. The hostess even provided a fan for added comfort during our recovery after surgery. The building itself is accommodating, and the security guards are very helpful with calling taxis and offering local suggestions. A large pool is available for guests, although it has limited hours. There is also a playground directly below the apartment, where children play happily in the afternoons. The playground closes at 6 PM to ensure a quiet environment for everyone. Additionally, there is a decent gym for workouts. The best part of our stay was the hostess. She was proactive, kind, helpful, and always available to assist us. Highly recommended.

El lugar es muy lindo y limpio está muy bien equipado. Laura es muy servicial y tiene todo organizado, realmente me encantó el lugar y si vuelvo me quedaré otra vez en este apartamento.

La tranquilidad del lugar es más que un 10! Logras tener desconexión total del ruido de la ciudad. Muy recomendado si te gusta el silencio.

un apto muy cómodo para 4 personas , lo mejor es que cada habitación tenía su baño privado.

Very nice and comfortable place to stay in Floridablanca. It's quiet, safe and still close to the center (by car). Everything you need for a short or long stay is in there. Also, great host with good communication. 🙃

You've heard the saying "location, location?" This apartment was in a perfect location-close to Cacique Mall, Bosque Parque, 21 Cafe coffee shop, etc. It is a lovely apartment with plenty of shopping, restaurants, etc. The host, Zaira, is a dream host - friendly, responsive & just very warm. Building was easy to find for Uber & ALL of the security staff were friendly. The building is very secured which was a plus for us. The huge terrace on the 2nd fl of apartment has an amazing view that catches the cool breezes. I personally loved the washer & clotheslines. I really can't say enough about this apartment. We will be back!

Best air bnb host I’ve ever had, I came down to Colombia from Canada to get surgery with dr hector, the air bnb is only 5 minutes away from the clinic. Cesar was nothing but amazing!!! He was super sweet and attentive anytime I needed anything he was there and not to mention I missed my flight he let me come back to the apartment after my check out to take a nap and relax while I was getting my flights situated. I would definitely stay here again!

nos pareció un lugar super. agradable esta rodeado de naturaleza, la seguridad es muy buena, teniendo en cuenta la actividad que vinimos a hacer (trabajo), contó con todo lo necesario para nuestra permanencia

If you like a place to stay without worries about the security of your family, this is the right place. The walking trails are amazing. Also, the cabin has a beautiful view. A very peaceful place to stay. Highly recommended.

Pero lo que realmente hace la diferencia es la atención. Laura es una anfitriona excepcional: siempre atenta, cordial, respetuosa y, a la vez, muy amigable. Su comunicación fue impecable desde el principio, brindándonos recomendaciones útiles y solucionando nuestras inquietudes y requerimientos con rapidez y eficiencia. ¡Definitivamente una súper anfitriona! Además, el personal de mantenimiento es increíblemente amable y servicial. En especial, queremos destacar a Leidy, la encargada principal, quien siempre mostró una actitud amigable y una gran disposición para ayudar, asegurándose de que nuestra experiencia fuera perfecta. En resumen, ¡estuvimos muy felices y a gusto durante nuestra estadía en Casa Anaterra!
