The Llano River is about 500 yards from the property and the Colorado River less than 10 minutes away. Lake LBJ, Lake Buchanan and several other lakes are 10-20 minutes away. Less than 10 minutes from a major grocery store (HEB), 8 restaurants, several drive-in stores, and three Dollar Stores. Wal-Mart is an easy 15 minute drive to beautiful Marble Falls TX. There is swimming, fishing, hiking, wildlife and the beautiful outdoors of the Texas Hill Country.

Located in the Hill Country, 1- hr west of Austin and 7 mi south of Marble Falls. Once you enter the private gate, meander down to the HH tucked away on this 200 acre privately owned property.

Charming cabin style home that is just seconds from Spider Mountain Bike Park(less then a mile), Reveille Peak is just down the road for those bicycle enthusiasts. This home offers bathrooms in both bedrooms, guest bath, place to wash bicycles and a family atmosphere. Property has four lots to roam on.
