Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Budoni

The accommodation was large and spacious, two very nice renovated bathrooms, two very large terraces each with a very well-kept garden and a third roof terrace with panoramic views. The kitchen had everything we needed including a modern 4-field induction stove. The hot water worked flawlessly everywhere and there were comfortable garden furniture in sufficient numbers. The mattresses in the bedroom were also comfortable. In the neighboring village of Santa Teresa, which can be reached in a few minutes' drive, there is good and delicious gastronomy, which we have also enjoyed several times. We loved the whole area and our landlord Matteo and his team are easily accessible at all times if you need them. We'd love to come back! Thanks Matteo!

Federico was a great host, who welcomed us very warmly! The house is located in a very quiet area with incredible views and private access to the sea. We were fortunate to benefit from Federico's advice, who was always super responsive. It was a real pleasure.

Location was amazing! We could walk a little path to the beach from behind the property. Our children loved playing soccer in the backyard and husband enjoyed the bbq grill. The smell of the jasmine was so heavenly! We highly recommend for a relaxing stay!

Antonio's cottage was nicer than in the photos. The cottage is located just outside Dorgali, on a quiet little road. It was wonderfully quiet at night and you could gaze at the stars. There were a few restaurants within walking distance, but at the nearest one you have to make a steep climb on foot! We traveled with a friend and we each had our own bathroom very luxurious. There are terraces on all sides of the house so you can always enjoy the sun or shade. We became friends with the kittens roaming around there. Antonio doesn't speak other languages, but we were able to communicate well with each other via google translate. When the heating didn't work, he came immediately and solved the problem. Many thanks to the great host!

Fabulous location near all the beautiful beaches. A car a must! Lovely villa and super helpful host. Would definitely recommend!

Amazing place. This is a large flat in a large building. The rest of the building is unrenovated so we had the whole garden and the super large balcony to ourselves. Within very easy walking distance to lovely beach - which can be heard and glimpsed through the pine trees from the balcony. New aircon/heating in both bedrooms really helps. Lots of equipment in kitchen and for the beach available.

The apartment was very functional and well-equipped. The terrace is always cool and provides a shaded space in case of hot weather. We didn't have to turn on the air conditioning, just the fan was enough. The apartment is not new but is in very good condition: clean and tidy. Host hospitality was friendly. We were greeted with fresh water bottles and small juices for the children by the owners. Budoni is a lively town with some evening activities for families, very nice. It is not especially quiet in the evening, it is a lively and noisy town at night, we could hear the music until late but that didn't stop us from sleeping. The apartment is 2-3min walk to a nice beach, clean and family-friendly, this one is not too crowded and is therefore easy to get there and spend the day. We had a pleasant stay with the family. Lovely place and nice apartment. Worked fine. Maybe lacked a little more life in the area at night, if you wanted it, you should by bus or taxi to the city, otherwise all in all a really good experience we have had.

Excellent week at an impressive location. Direct access to the "Cala" (small beach) from the property and really nice sea-view. The property had everything it listed and included the use of a Kayak and a SUP.

Beautiful view onto the sea. Nice and peaceful house with veranda. It's a good place to chill and conveniently located relaveltively close to many nice beaches and Olbia airport. Luciano and his family were very kind hosts. The check out was however unusually early.

It is a nice house with a large garden. Really nice to sit right on the beach and then take a dip in the sea from your house. The house has several seating areas in the garden, which is very nice. The outdoor shower is also very useful to rinse off. But it's also nice to rinse off your wetsuit and sup board. The sea also has sea grass and rocks in some places, so it is also nice to snorkel. The only thing we can think of as a point is that we missed some daylight in the kitchen. The cabinets and kitchenette are a little dated, but that also has its charm, fits the house. Lorenzo is a great host, responded quickly to your questions! That's really nice.

Milina is an amazing hostess. Place was spacious and spotless and a great base for exploring the local mountains and beaches.

Beautiful maritime decor comfortable bedding, very functional kitchen and bathroom. living room with sea view. Hot tub at a good temperature and very comfortable the beach is a 5 min walk and restaurants 10 min walk Electric charging station for car 10 min walk. Paolo and his wife were extremely helpful with check-in and very flexible check-out. A small problem with the lock on the front door was quickly resolved within the day and Paolo was so kind as to also bring us a tray with typical Sardinian sweets. He was also always easily reachable even if there was no need and he took care to ask us halfway through the vacation if everything was okay. The apartment, as described, is clean, fully equipped and directly on the sea: wonderful to be able to have lunch and dinner outside with a beautiful view. There is a parking space on the property and also the outdoor hot shower, very convenient to avoid bringing sand and dirt into the apartment. The sea needs no description: crystal clear as only that of Sardinia can be. What can I say: too bad the vacation is already over. Thanks to Paolo and his family for their kindness and courtesy.
