Great location, clean, tidy.

Все було чудово. Чудова квартира, доволі зручна, чиста і приємна постіль, достатньо рушників, посуду. На наше здивування був пляжний зонт, два стільця та маска для плавання. Чудовий господар який завжди на зв’язку.

Larissa was waiting for us for the check in. Even we were a bit late she has waited for us. Location is great. 5 minutes (walking) to the Queen‘s beach and few more minutes to the King‘s beach. Also, one super market is 100m from the apartment. Apartment is very nice. We were 3 adults and 2 kids and we had enough space. Towels and sunshades for the beach are available in the apartment. Thank you Larissa for this. Also, the big terrace is a very nice place to spend the evening. You can sit anytime outside on the terrace and you will enjoy the shadow under the big fig trees. And there are air conditioners in EVERY room. One huge plus point is the parking spot in a garage. We had to pay additionally for it but it definitely worth it. It is not easy to find a place to park the car and since it was hot, it was really good idea to park the car in a closed garage hidden from the sun. We will come again :)

I had a wonderful stay at this fantastic apartment! The view is absolutely breathtaking, and the space is both comfortable and well-equipped, especially the kitchen, which had everything we needed. The bedrooms were cozy, and it was a nice touch to have some games available for entertainment. The host was accommodating and made sure our stay was perfect. Just a heads up—the location is on a hill. Most of the walk from the beach is manageable, but the last 50 meters are a bit steep. Overall, a great place to stay, and I’d highly recommend it!

Smeštaj je idealan za one koji žele mir, a da je ujedno sve dostupno u blizini kada žele u izlazak. Po meni jedna od najlepših plaža u Crnoj Gori je na 7 minuta laganog hoda. Domaćini su ljubazni, a ono što je napisano da dobijate, to i dobijete.

The apartment is located in a new building and has all the advantages of modern construction: huge windows and balcony, great bathroom fixtures, a/c, everything inside is modern, new, and clean + there is a parking garage and two elevators. But the main thing is the location: it is 5 min. walk from the beaches and from the promenade with restaurants, so you are very close to everything but at the same time, you do not live in the middle of it. KaNa was very responsive and gave some great practical bits of advice -- thank you so much!

Mila bizi kendi pişirdiği süpriz pasta ile karşıladı. Sorduğumuz her soruya anlık cevap verdi . Sadece ev konmaklamamız değil özel işlerimiz işin de oldukça fazla yardımcı oldular. Ev ile ilgili tek sorun klima olmaması yada pencerede sineklik olmamasıydı. Cam açtığımızda dışardan sinek giriyordu . Kapatınca içerisi çok sıcak oluyordu . Evin dekorasyonu da fazlasıyla ilgimizi çekti , sıcağa rağmen son derece keyif aldığımız bir tatil oldu .

Gezellig appartement midden in het oude centrum van Budva met een knus balkonnetje. Paulina gaf handige instructies m.b.t. parkeren en inchecken. Het appartement was schoon en ruim genoeg voor ons groepje (drie personen). Het was de perfecte uitvalsbasis om Budva en de omgeving te verkennen.

Super nice villa on the hill above Budva. Great view of the city. Reachable by car or taxi, doable. Great pool (with lights for in the evening), bathrooms, kitchen, etc. Everything is clean and nice. Would definitely recommend! The host Marija is wonderful and they have arranged airports transfers very good. 10/10 would recommend.

Elenas place was remarkable with great views and great surroundings. The stay was great and Elena was very quick to respond to every query, the pool and gardens were very relaxing. The villa is accessible to everything by car, good selections of restaurants, bars and shops and beaches all within 5 mins drive. Can’t fault it

I loved my week's stay here. The house contained everything I needed and felt like a home from home. The view straight out to the sea is stunning and the location is ideal. There are plenty of restaurants and cafes plus a great supermarket within a few mins walking distance. Tijana couldn't have been more responsive or helpful. A superb host!

Świetna lokalizacja dla osób chcących wypocząć z dala od zgiełku miasta i tłumu; wyposażanie domu bogatsze niż w ogłoszeniu; ogród, liczba tarasów, miejsca do spędzania czasu na zewnątrz, cień które dawały drzewa, bardzo wyróżnia ten dom od innych. Sprzęt nie jest najnoweszej generacji, ale wszystko jest (pralka, zmywarka, opiekacz kanapek, grill, mikrofala, kuchnia do gotowania, piekarnik) i wszystko działa. Pościel jest przyjemna, pachnąca. Niekoncząca się ilość ręczników. Samochód parkuje się w zacienionym miejscu. Widok na góry, na morze i roślinność w ogrodzie daje ukojenie. Blisko do restauracji jesli nie ma sie ochoty na gotowanie i do małego skepiku spożywczego, bardzo dobrze zaopatrzonego. Doskonałe wsparcie gospodarza. Bylismy w 2 rodziny z dziecmi. Doskonały dom na spedzanie czasu razem i osobno od dzieci. Dorosli na gorze, dzieci na dole. Basen 12m długosci przerósł nasze oczekiwania Jesli miałabym wrócic do Czarnogóry, to tylko do French House. Dziekujemy

We had a lovely time at Marko’s place. It’s totally worth it. The only problem is the narrow road leading to home but it is easy to get used to it ;)

The apartment was great and exactly as described. Saly and her husband were both extremely friendly and greeted me upon arrival. The supermarket is very close and a taxi to the old town only costs a few euros. Overall the stay there was really nice and I would highly recommend.

It was a good apartment, comfortable, and looks stylish. The apartment had everything you need. Check-in and check-out were easy. It's located on a hill, so walking or with a stroller might be inconvenient. It's better if you have a car. There was always a free parking space in front of the house. There is a small shop nearby. You need to get to the supermarket by taxi or car.

Diese außergewöhnliche Unterkunft von Marvin bietet eine luxuriöse Ausstattung, die die Erwartungen bei weitem übertrifft – insbesondere was den Panorama-Blick betrifft. Die Küche ist vollständig ausgestattet und verfügt sogar über eine Dolce Gusto Kaffeemaschine. Ein nicht erwähntes Highlight ist der direkte Blick auf die malerische Adria-Insel St. Stefan, ein Fischerdorf aus dem 15. Jahrhundert. Auch der Blick auf das majestätische Lovćen-Gebirge ist beeindruckend. Die perfekte Lage eröffnet einen atemberaubenden Ausblick auf das Meer und die Bucht. Selbst bei schlechtem Wetter gibt es viel zu genießen: Ein wunderschöner Swimmingpool sowie ein Spa-Bereich mit Sauna, Hamam und Jacuzzi laden zum Entspannen ein. Der gut ausgestattete Fitnessraum rundet das Angebot ab. Aufgrund der steilen Topographie empfiehlt es sich, ein Fahrzeug zu mieten. Das freundliche Personal der Anlage steht bei allen Anliegen gerne zur Seite. Absolute Weiterempfehlung!

The accommodation is well-equipped (it had everything you could need really), clean, near the sea and the center. It is located in a more peaceful neighbourhood, which is great. The host was responsive, friendly and helpful. The four of us (two couples) had a great time and would definitely recommend this accommodation to everyone.

Rui was a great host - very friendly and ready to help with any problems or recommendations. The house itself is quite new and modern, with excellent facilities. It’s only a 10 min walk from the Becici beach which is great. The weather was quite hot when we went, and we wanted additional fans and he was so kind to come and provide that for us. Overall, I’d recommend this place to anyone coming to Budva/ becici.

This Budva room from Sladjana is in an excellent location. It really is only about 50 meters from the Sea, with a beautiful 4th floor view, and private parking. There is an elevator to get to that 4th floor. The room is clean, smells great, has a clothes washer, microwave, refrigerator, espresso maker, great AC, and 2 queen beds. In a word, "elegance". It really is excellent and I would recommend it to friends and family.

Great host! Sanja was so helpful and very communicative. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend a stay here. The apartment was well equipped and immaculate. Thank you so much for having us. A car is a must with young children though. It is on a very steep hill.
