Loft holiday rentals in Buenos Aires

Really enjoyed our stay here, close to everything you need and in an amazing area. Highly recommend!

This place has a lot of charm, the bed is comfortable, great area to work at the dining table for two people. The internet is a little temperamental for two people working at the same time on VPNs. We found the kitchen very hard to cook in, two people can definitely not fit at the same time and the bathroom is equally as small. For a short stay it has all you need. It’s missing a microwave. The laundry downstairs made our clothes smell when washing, make sure to put the powder detergent inside the wash. The access to building is easy with a key FOB. The Palermo area is the best with soooo many restaurants and coffee places (viva cafe) two blocks away is the best in BA besides Kopi cafe, they make an in house coconut milk for creamy lattes. The neighborhood is super safe and very walkable!

The apartment is super cute, comfortable and has super fast internet. The location is excellent, a safe neighborhood full of restaurants, bars, cafes and very close to Plaza Italia and public transportation. Maria Giselle is very responsive and replies quickly to any question or enquiry. She was also very flexible with check in and out times. Will stay there again!

Excellent! First time in Buenos Aires and the hosts were really good at communicating with me. The apartment is in an excellent location to explore Palermo. The apartment itself is very nice, clean and tidy. Would recommend to anyone.

The apartment is in the heart of Palermo ideal for enjoying the area! It is peaceful and quiet, spacious to be a mono ambience. Martin and Nicole were flexible with my entry and nimble with communication!

Hosts were very friendly and responsive when needed, the apartment was like in the photos and got every single thing you may need for you to use during your stay, would recommend this place 100%, great location!

We were met by pedro to store our luggage in a lockable compartment as we had arrived early. We were texted when room was available and our luggage placed in the room. All the facilities were there but we did find it a little noisy with us able to hear the neighbours and a dog barking. However, this did not spoil our stay too much as the bed was super comfortable. The apartment is super safe with 24 hour security.

Everything is great! The room is wonderful, very nice bed, great! Everything as described in the listing, great location, very safe and beautiful, the hostess is very kind and dear. I'll definitely be back more often! I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to have a wonderful experience in Buenos Aires!

Wonderful apartment! Since I entered the experience was excellent. The apartment is spotless and has a wonderful view of the pool with greenery that makes you forget you are in the city. It has a very good location and the building has all the amenities. The host was extremely attentive. Check-in is very convenient and the doorman is very friendly. I had an excellent stay and will definitely be back.

Centrally located loft in Palermo SoHo area with many trendy shops and restaurants around the corner. EZE airport is 45 min and the APE/ Ferry Terminal about 25 mins by car. As you explore other areas of BA most places are a 20-25 min uber rides (traffic) and conveniently BA hop on hop off (yellow bus) has a stop at the street corner of the home. Host was easy to communicate with and always responsive. Plenty of room for a family with kids.

Nice and lovely loft, very cozy and like at home. Books, music, lovely kitchen space. Great area to stay and easy access to public transportation. Just minutes away (walking distance) to the subway and buses. A variety of restaurants and cafes. Very friendly and great. Both Anastasia and her assistant nothing but hospitable. Will come back in the future. 10/10

Really my family travel for work and everything was as detailed in the listing. It was very close to the places they had to go, super accessible the area and you can park on the street. Lots of transportation and restaurants in the area. Mr. Lepi was always attentive to the very flexible end with check-in and check-out, and had wonderful attention. The apartment is beautiful, very comfortable with all the amenities as detailed in the photos. The place is super bright and with an amazing view. They really felt right at home. Definitely 100% recommended and a place to return every time you have to travel to Capital. More than grateful!

PROS: * Great location to shops, restaurants and parks. * In a kiosk not far away from the apartment you can find Sube bus card and even charge it so you can use public transportation. * 7th floor with a beautiful little balcony surrounded by trees. * The building is new and secured. * Juan was great letting us check in three hours a head of time. He was also flexible with the check out. * Juan is friendly and invited us to an argentinian assado with his friends for the new year. Amazing welcoming. * The apartment was spacious and comfortable with cute little features. * Endless hot water in the shower. * The neighbors were quiet and friendly. CONS: * There is a noisy train passing relatively frequent. * The kitchen is not suitable for cooking anything above a simple pasta and a toast. * We weren't provided with enough TP or dishwashing liquid for our 12 days stay. Overall, the stay was pleasant and worth the money.

Our stay was excellent, it was perfectly adapted to what we were looking for for our three-night stay for trips in Buenos Aires. Mariana super friendly, adapted to our schedules even though we arrived a sàbado late at night. Very attentive what we need, even made it easier for us to use utensil that had been forgotten, as well as two sets of keys. The apartment is just as you can see in the photos, everything is very comfortable. It even has a small library with interesting books. The location of the apartment is excellent, in an area it is very safe, quiet to arrive at night, with a very large offer of cafes and restaurants a few meters away. The building neighbors are very attentive as well. Highly recommended. We will probably choose it again for our next short stay in BA. Thank you!
