I can’t say enough good things about our host. She was easily the best host I’ve ever had. She was profoundly nice, attentive, organized many things for us. Gave us instructions, recommendations, and always made sure everything was perfect. The apartment was clean and spacious with a fantastic location. Cant say enough good things about our stay.

The apartment was perfect. Lots of good resturants and cafes next to the apartment. Close to Cagliari centre, marina, bus stops and train station, but really quiet at the same time. Apartment was very clean and larger than we expected. Well-equipped kitchen and bathroom. Really good communication with the host, with lots of local recommendations. Definitely recommend for your stay in Cagliari! :)

We had a wonderful stay, and Elena and Gerald could not have been more helpful and generous with their many recommendations and great advice about the city. The flat is lovely and bright, centrally located and extremely quiet at night, while really being in the centre. The facilities were amazing, the bed very comfortable and the bathroom extremely well appointed. Altogether we could not have been happier with this selection.

We had such a lovely and comfortable experience at Villa Diana. It was extremely spacious, had everything we needed, and was on the perfect location for us, close to our friends’ home. Marianna and her husband were friendly and very available when we had questions, and their children invited our son to play regardless of the language barrier. The big kitchen, comfortable beds, and quiet setting made for nice evenings and great sleep after full days at the beach. We would return in a second and hope to have the opportunity to do so soon!

Lovely apartment in a quiet area with all the comforts nearby. Appreciated the care and cleanliness of the house. Matteo also made us find the fridge full.

It was incredibly comfortable in all respects. The host is extremely caring and intelligent. Great ,stylish space with everything you need . I was struck by the care and sincerity of Giovanni. In the airport I met(the plane arrived at night),brought our suitcases. An unusually pleasant surprise-traditional sweets were waiting for us in the kitchen. We needed an iron for clothes for a conference - for half an hour we already had. Arartements are conveniently located,you could get from this place everywhere we needed. Recommendations of coffee shops and shops , malls and sightseeing places were very appropriate. The attention and comfort that Giovanni created even more gave the pleasant ,even magical experiences of the witches of Cagliari. We are very satisfied and want to come back again .

Great family stay with 2 children, in an apartment combining the old, historic building, with beautiful ceiling heights and the modern. It is ideally located and allows you to do a lot of walking tours, close to shops, restaurants, museums, a must-see site that the city offers and a 5-minute walk from the train station. Only negative point our trip was too short, we will be forced to come back 😉

Hi Francesca, thanks again for the attention 🍷and the nice welcome. We felt comfortable in the apartment and had everything we needed. In the area there are small simple restaurants as well as small shops. From the terrace you have a very good view of the sea with sunset.

Anna is a special person, she welcomed us in a very friendly and kind way. the house is very well maintained and has everything you need. really worth it!!

Amazing and quiet surrondings, beautiful terrace and great BBQ! 5 min walk to the beach was awesome. Also pretty close to all southern beaches of Sardinia via car. There's no wifi but cellular network works good anyway. It's a great place, will surely come again!

My husband and I stayed for a week at Giovanni's house, a cozy home with everything you may need. The plus was getting to know the Host, a kind person who also helped us with great tips for a place to visit and restaurants to eat in. Thanks to the great location we visited the entire south of Sardinia, from Sant antioco to villasimius. The apartment is in a very nice villa complex, we stayed at Easter and we were able to fully appreciate the peace of this place, a 4-minute walk you can find a supermarket, shops, bars, tobacco, pizzeria. The beach is a 5-minute walk away, there's also a lovely bar for a nice beer by the sea. The apartment is equipped with air conditioners, a very nice terrace, two smart TVs, washing machine and everything you may need. We felt at home, thank you for enriching our trip. The place was clean, which is very good . Espresso machine with coffee was also very commendable . I missed a mirror upstairs in the dressing area would really make sense . Unfortunately, you can't drive in by car, inconvenient with a little more luggage ,as the apartment is located in the traffic calmed area (ZTL). The apartment is spaciously nicely furnished, bathroom top hair dryer available , thank you👍. The location itself offers restaurant , bars and in 5 minutes you are in the center. All in a top location for a city trip through beautiful Cagliari . Parking is possible on the main street. Blue to pay White parking for free. Thank you for the lovely stay .

Perfect apartment for our family of 4. Very nicely decorated and superbly equipped. We have absolutely nothing to complain about! In a nutshell: Highly recommended! 👌

Erika was an extraordinary host. Amazing cozy terrace, very tastefully decorated. In the apartment is a cute rustic kitchen, dining table and a sofa. Very quiet bedroom with queen bed, a large sunny bathroom and a well equipped utility room. The ad should qualify as apartment with breakfast because there was so much food and drinks just for the two of us. I was stunned by the hospitality. There were also beach towels at our disposal as well as sun umbrella, sunscreen and few other useful things you don’t find in ordinary apartments. Erika was checking regularly if we needed anything. One of the best experiences so far, definitely worth the price!

Although we stayed for a few days we had a great time, a clean and tidy house, a beautiful outdoor area and a wonderful hydromassage. The area was very quiet, and since we moved by car, everything was quite close. The parking spot was essential. The host who welcomed us for check-in was kind, polite, and helpful. We hope to be back soon.😊

The stay in the apartment was really something special! It looks even more beautiful than in the photos and is super well maintained. On foot you can reach pretty much everything you want to see in Cagliari. Restaurants and shopping street are also within walking distance. The beach is a 10-minute drive away. Communication was super nice and flexible. Only the scent inside the living room takes some getting used to - maybe a little too much room fragrance. The parking situation is a bit difficult on site, but with patience you always find something. :)

We had a wonderful stay at Emanuela’s apartment and everything was perfect. Very proactive communication and guidance on things to do and places to eat. The views from the terrace were incredible and the light and spacious apartment made us feel very relaxed and happy. We would definitely love to stay again. 😊

Nicola was a great host. Open communication, quick response, and was flexible with check in during our stay. The property was in very clean condition and had such amazing views. I don’t have a single complaint to make about our stay here.
