The Yaseon Museum of Art is the studio and gallery space of Yaseon Park Junghee, who has been steadily working on Seonhwa using eco-friendly materials such as food and soil on the theme of Namsan Mountain in Gyeongju for the past 25 years. It consists of four cozy traditional houses, and it is a great fortune to be able to see Namsan, which is designated as a World Cultural Heritage, at a glance while standing in the yard. In order to share and communicate the peace and healing time given by nature while working for a long time on Namsan, we organized a 'one-day overnight stay experience' based on the monthly magazine 'Yaeson's Sunhwa, Seonchae, and Sunshik Story (2011-2012)'. Gyeongju Hanokstay Onyu is a private hanok accommodation with a registered business licence. You can follow our news on Instagram at hanokonyou. This is the perfect place to spend quality time in a comfortable space. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room, a kitchen, a garden, and a barbecue area. One queen-size bed and plenty of yowa futons are provided. A simple breakfast of bread, jam, butter, coffee and tea is provided. The maximum number of people is 10, including children. The property is located in a quiet, cosy neighbourhood about a 10-minute drive from the city centre. As this is a hanok, small insects may enter, so please close the insect screens on the windows when you open the door. Each room has a built-in air conditioner and heating unit, as well as a selection of board games and a first-aid kit. The entrance is a farm road, so it's a little narrow, but the parking space is spacious enough to park 4-5 cars.
