The Good Life is a family friendly lakehouse that we want to share with you! With Bull Shoals lake right outside your back deck it is accessible for fishing, swimming, relaxing, boating, and/or exploring. Our lakehouse has 3 BR, 2 BA, sun-room, and wrap around deck that gives ample space for that relaxation you crave. Or if it is excitement you want, head to the Marina which is a 5 min. drive to rent boats, jet skis, kayaks, or canoes! There is also a cave nearby to venture through! Come enjoy!

The historic "Commercial Hotel" is one of the original Bed & Breakfasts in Cotter that dates back to 1903! This is the oldest standing building in Cotter and fully renovated. You are renting the entire building and will have exclusive access with no shared spaces. The "Commercial Hotel" is in the heart of Cotter's newly established entertainment district and a short walk to the beautiful White River, boat ramp, and Big Spring Park that is complete with a rope swing! You will fall in love!
