Our home is located in historic Louisa County in Central Virginia on a five-acre wooded lot facing the South Anna River. Richmond is 30 minutes away and Charlottesville is less than an hour. The entire lower level of our home is used for the Airbnb. (We live in the upper level.) The decor is "homey" with some personal items. Children, pets, and smoking are not allowed. The internet is fast and cell phones work with WiFi calling. Food deliveries are not available due to our remote location.

Clean, well-maintained home with 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. Sleeps up to 6 adults comfortably. Two rooms with Queen beds. Day bed with twin pullout.

Welcome to "The Home Stretch", a beautiful quiet place in the country just a few miles from Short Pump (which has great restaurants, Golf Courses, Drive Shack, wineries, Breweries. Our second floor apartment features a private entrance with all the things you may need while you are away from home. It has a spacious living area, eat in kitchen, queen bed and 2 trundle-like twin beds. We are on the premises but not in your space at all. Available day and night should you need anything.

Historic Rose Hill

Enjoy a relaxing getaway in complete seclusion - yet only 30 minutes from Richmond or 20 minutes to Short Pump! Rose Hill (circa 1821) sits on 20 acres and is surrounded by fields and forest. Go for a hike to the South Anna River, enjoy a glass of wine at a nearby winery, sit and watch the trains go by in Ashland (the Center of the Universe - only 10 minutes away), enjoy a round of golf at The Hollows, or simply relax on the patio and soak in the beautiful serenity that is Rose Hill.

Relax in this peaceful, stylish space for one, located north of Richmond. Park in the carport and go upstairs (21 steps) to enjoy privacy, convenience, and safety - with kitchenette, small washer/dryer, smart TV, desk, and exterior cameras. Ashland, less than three miles south, has restaurants (many), grocery stores, laundromats, a movie theater, a public library, churches, a post office, and Randolph Macon College. King’s Dominion and Meadow Event Park are six miles north.

“Stay Awhile” is a spacious walk out basement apartment in our home, very clean, in a quiet neighborhood minutes from Old Town Fredericksburg, University of Mary Washington, Fredericksburg Convention Center, FredNats baseball stadium, restaurants, shopping, historical sights, battlefields & Heritage Trail along the Rappahannock River. We have a walk/run/bike trail in our neighborhood and a tandem bike you may borrow. Enjoy our 82” TV and WIFI. We are 1 hr from DC & Richmond

Quiet Cove at Lake Anna

Waterfront at it's finest on Lake Anna located on the public/cold central side of the lake, in a quiet cove. Our home is fully furnished with a modern vibe. The kitchen is equipped with all the appliances and necessities you need to enjoy your stay. We have a great dock that you can lounge and hang out on as well as dock your boat or jet ski's. Blue Heron Hideaway is a brand new lakefront home with amazing views on the Private Side of Lake Anna. We have fully equipped the home with everything you will likely need, because our goal is that you just have to pack your clothes, swimming suits, and water shoes. We recently added a 120 foot sandy beach, and a large furnished deck with several outdoor seating options, a screened in patio area, an outdoor bar and outdoor dining.
