Alpine Haven is a luxurious 3,000+ sq ft chalet perched atop a mountain just minutes from Downtown Black Mountain (<20min from AVL). Soak in breathtaking views from expansive decks, unwind in the sauna, or gather around the fire pit. A game room, cozy gas fireplace inside and gas firepit on the deck, and elegant mountain décor create the perfect retreat for families and groups. *Please Note*: A separate guest house is next door, but privacy has been carefully ensured for a peaceful stay.

The Snookmore ~ Front Porch Views w/ Hot Tub

The Snookmore is perfectly located just 3 miles from the Blue Ridge Parkway and 8 miles from downtown Asheville. Just hop on the Parkway and have the Appalachian wilderness at your beck and call or mosey on down to the hottest town the South has to offer. Its only neighbors are ourselves and our other rental house, the Snookery. Note on Helene: we were very luck in Snookville with a lot of downed trees, but nothing structural. There are still outages, but the generators keep the power on.
