Only 4 minute walk to the local supermarket. 20 min drive to Palma and Port de Sóller.

CA'N JUAN Amazing house with pool in Sóller center

Majorcan style house with land and excellent pool, the house is distributed over 3 floors and has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms plus a toilet. The location is good, you can walk to the center of Sóller which is about 700 meters from the house and there is an agricultural cooperative with a small supermarket just 100 meters from the house. To get around Sóller, a not too big car is recommended the streets in the town center are as small as the one that leads to the villa.
