Les Tonnelles – Villa Saint-Clair
Villa on Mont Saint-Clair with sea view and heated pool (May to September). Completely renovated in 2023 in Mediterranean style,the villa is on 2 completely independent levels. The first floor is occupied by a year-round tenant. He is very discreet and has no view of the proposed accommodation. No equipment is shared (neither the swimming pool, nor the exteriors, nor the parking spaces) and accesses are independent.
