The very large balcony (about 3 x 7 m) with a western orientation has a high leisure and recreational value, especially in the evening. Our house is idyllically located on the outskirts of a well-kept Lübbener suburb. Lübben as a gateway to the Ober- and Unterspreewald is an excellent starting point for excursions to both regions. The Gurken cycling path leads directly past the house. As hosts, we are at your disposal with tips.

Willkommen auf unserem schönen Spreewaldhof. Unsere Wohnung ist modern ausgestattet mit separatem Eingang und Terasse,WLAN und tollem Ausblick. Unsere Hof liegt dierkt am Fließ mitten im schönen Spreewald. Erlebt bei uns eine entspannte Auszeit, ein sportliches Wochenende und entdeckt mit unseren Paddelbooten den Spreewald oder genießt die Ruhe und die Natur bei einer individuellen Kahnfahrt direkt von unserem Steg mit uns und wir bringen euch den Spreewald und seine Besonderheiten etwas näher.

The 70 m² apartment is located on the ground floor in a quiet, idyllic location on our three-sided courtyard. From the living room you enter the terrace. You can hike through the vineyards in 15 minutes and reach the Seußlitzer Schloß. The Elbe Cycle Path is only 400 m away from us. Parking for cars as well as the use of 2 bicycles are free of charge. This also applies to the storage of your bikes and the associated charging station. Moritzburg, Meissen and Dresden are great places to visit.

The guest apartment is located in the completely newly converted attic of our house. It includes a living area with kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a large bathroom. The nearest supermarket is less than 1 km away and the bakery is only a 2-minute walk. If necessary, a bread roll service is possible on Saturdays. Riesa is located approximately midway between the cities of Leipzig and Dresden directly on the beautiful Elbe. The Elbe Cycle Path is about 3 km away.

Enjoy your time off at this peaceful and centrally-located private place. The apartment is located in the heart of Lübbenau's old town. Within walking distance of the central harbor, where boat rides, gastronomy, boat rentals and shopping await you. The modern, newly renovated apartment is accessible through a separate entrance. A shed offers space for your bikes. Four-legged friends are welcome. Tourist tax of €2 per person/night is due on site
