It is a two-face apartment with one side always sunlit, one side always fresh. Both spaces come with air con as well. The balconies enjoy views of the city port, landmark buildings and the sunset. Please bear in mind that it is a fifth floor without elevator.

Convenient, Central Seaside Location!

Cozy, family-oriented place, mainly used from my friends. Whenever it's available, I let this, very personal, project to my future friends. I have made this place for my comfort. It's all natural, with environmentally-friendly materials and a 'safe guard' electricity auto protection. It is the only apartment on the 4th floor, no elevator! In winter you can seen Black Sea through the Sea Garden from the window. 5 min walk to the beach and so to the main street.
