It's a family home, fully centrally heated and comfortable. Expect mismatched crockery & imperfection! It's a steep drive up to the house & steps to the beach (although you can go around the drive way) so not suitable for all

'Miles' is a spacious bungalow with large garden and private access to the beach. The charming blue holiday home is situated on a quiet road at the north end of Chapel St Leonards. 500 metres to the south is the centre of the village with a traditional seaside resort flavour of cafes, bars, shops and arcades. For a quieter vibe, head north along the beach, via Chapel Point to vast stretches of sandy coastline, coastal country park and wonderful walking, cycling and nature spotting possibilities.

It's a wonderfully cosy and private barn conversion with a separate private garden which is fully enclosed ideal for Dogs. The cottage is small but perfect for couples/individuals looking to relax. It is well equipped for self catering. It sits neatly between the Lincolnshire Wolds (ANOB) and the coast making it a great venue for exploring this wonderful county. The village pub is within a 2 minute amble. Enjoy! SORRY NO PETS!

The Granary is a beautifully converted Lincolnshire barn, bursting with character and the perfect location from which to explore this historic county. Situated on the very edge of the rural village of Digby, the Granary forms one side of the original yard and stables.

An extraordinarily spacious bungalow with period cottage features - inglenook fireplace, lots of brickwork and beams - despite being a relatively young property (built 2000). There is an excellent flow to the property and feels like a very sociable place to be, it is very well equipped, cosy and warm. Extensive outdoor patio and parking areas. We are extremely proud of our property and want our guests to enjoy it as much as we have.
