Close to Bath & Bristol - both 9 mins away by train. 10-15 min walk or 3 min drive to the train station. 15 min walk to Keynsham High Street's shops, bars & restaurants. Our local pub the Lock Keeper is a 5 min walk away. We are alongside the River Avon - from the front door you can walk straight over the fields. The Swan pub in Swineford is roughly a 45 min walk away & The Bird in Hand in Saltford is approx the same, all of which serve good food. There are many quality golf courses close by.

The studio is set within walking distance of Ashton Court Estate, and a short drive from Clifton Village and Central Bristol. Luxury self contained garden apartment in the lovely village of Saltford, 5 miles from the centre of the world heritage city of Bath and 7 miles from the centre of Bristol. The apartment has a open plan kitchen and living area with French doors opening onto a small private patio area, one double bedroom and shower room. There is secure gated parking for one car on the driveway. Please not that the apartment is attached to a residential dwelling, it is self contained with private entrance.

Pretty annex with kitchen and private garden

This lovely annex has its own private entrance with a small fenced garden and patio area with table and chairs. There is one ensuite kingsize bedroom (or 2 singles) and a open plan kitchen with sofa bed (more suitable for children as no separate bathroom) There is parking outside. Our beautiful hamlet is very quiet with great walks from the door. We do run a working farm so you may occasionally hear that in action. It is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers.

My Little Studio

A simple, detached studio-open plan one double bed/sofa bed/mini kitchenette/living space & a new shower/toilet room. In a quiet village between Bath-15min & Bristol-15min near Bristol Airport, The Pig, Priston Mill, Glastonbury, etc. Tiny patio area and tiny grassy area. Parking for one car is next to the studio. The village pub, coffee shop/village shop is barely a 2 min walk away. Fab place to explore the local area or chill and make use of the fabulous local walking guides.

Ultra fast fibre broadband is a recent addition for guests needing to work from the cottage or simply surf the internet .
