The ground floor comprises of a high spec kitchen and dining area, laundry room and lounge with log burner. 2 bathrooms, one with freestanding stone bath and a ground floor wetroom with walk in shower. Secure front and rear gardens with BBQ and seating.

Garden completely secure for small children (cot, high chair and stairgate available). Full central heating makes it ideal for winter breaks. A perfect cottage for year round family holidays. Downstairs bedroom and bathroom give easy accessibility for those with limited mobility. Sorry, no dogs.

The Loft welcomes families with children over the age of 5, and is able to be booked with Driftwood (first floor 2 bed apartment) should you wish for large groups to get together to explore the beautiful North Norfolk coastline.

A luxury 2 bedroom Lodge, both with en-suites. Open plan living/ dining area with triple aspect views and vaulted ceilings. Enjoy a south facing patio, outdoor seating and an enclosed private area available. Well behaved dogs are welcome at an additional cost. Children are welcome, travel cot, high chair, etc. can be provided with notice. Parking for 2 cars is free and onsite next to the Lodge.
