This lovely old railway cottage has been family owned for 50 years and recently refurbished. It boasts a good sized kitchen and living room, log burner and pantry. It has an authentic stairway leading to 3 bedrooms and smart bathroom with shower and bath. The stairs are steep and windy with no hand rail so unsuitable for anyone with mobility issues. It has a private garden with patio and seating for 8, ungated but situated within a secure gated courtyard. Please note the need to take bed linen.

Beautiful grade II listed water mill house on the North Norfolk coast just 15 minutes walk to fashionable Burnham Market and with wonderful walks out to the dunes and sea. The house has a large airy sitting room with a gallery and a log burner and a well equipped kitchen. There are four double bedrooms, two with king size beds, one with adult-size bunk beds and one with twin beds. The gallery has a sofa bed. The cottage is within 5 minutes walking distance of the harbour, the beach, our local gastro pub, The Hero, tennis courts, children's playground and the stunning sandy beautiful beaches of our Norfolk coast. The location is just 5 mins drive from the boutique village of Burnham Market and its famous Hoste Arms and Holkham Beach and Hall is a short drive away.

The Bothy

This unique little place is a refurbished staff house for the old brickyard. Once upon a time, brickmakers would live here to watch over the brickyard. Now it has been given a breath of fresh air with a new roof and it's own bathroom with hot shower. The bothy has a stylish interior with a wood burner to make it nice and warm. The very comfy and cosy bed is on the mezzanine deck. There is no kitchen but there is a kettle with a little fridge just big enough for a pint of milk.

The Loft, Wells-next-the-Sea

The Loft is a spacious penthouse apartment in Wells-next-the-Sea with fabulous saltmarsh views and allocated parking for one car. Wells Quay is a 5 min stroll away where you can discover an array of independent coffees shops, restaurants and shops. The Loft welcomes families with children over the age of 5, and is able to be booked with Driftwood (first floor 2 bed apartment) should you wish for large groups to get together to explore the beautiful North Norfolk coastline.

The harbour is just two minutes away with stunning walks out to the sea and ferry to Scolt Head Island where hours can be spent with a picnic in the dunes!
