Wheelwright Cottage, Burnham Market

This lovely old railway cottage has been family owned for 50 years and recently refurbished. It boasts a good sized kitchen and living room, log burner and pantry. It has an authentic stairway leading to 3 bedrooms and smart bathroom with shower and bath. The stairs are steep and windy with no hand rail so unsuitable for anyone with mobility issues. It has a private garden with patio and seating for 8, ungated but situated within a secure gated courtyard. Please note the need to take bed linen.

The Bothy

This unique little place is a refurbished staff house for the old brickyard. Once upon a time, brickmakers would live here to watch over the brickyard. Now it has been given a breath of fresh air with a new roof and it's own bathroom with hot shower. The bothy has a stylish interior with a wood burner to make it nice and warm. The very comfy and cosy bed is on the mezzanine deck. There is no kitchen but there is a kettle with a little fridge just big enough for a pint of milk.

We are a short drive to many beautiful beaches, seaside towns, local walks, restaurants, bird watching and the village of Burnham Market is only 1 1/2 miles away. We are located in the village of Burnham Thorpe which is the birth place of Admiral Lord Nelson. We also have equine facilities on site should you wish to bring your horses on holiday with you. The cabin is also dog friendly.
