Welcome to my delightful guest house in the grounds of my home. Benefitting from its own private access, the living space is modern and open plan. There’s the convenience of a separate utility room including a washing machine. The master is a double, the second bedroom has bunk beds. There’s a powerful shower in the bathroom. Parking on the large driveway, and access to a patio space just outside of the living/dining area. as well as a pod point for electric vehicles, for an additional fee.

A FREE Welcome basket with biscuits, tea coffee, milk, cereals and other treats await all our guests in the apartment. Guests have their own key so you can come and go as you please with no disturbance to anyone.

A five-minute drive takes you to the beautiful countryside of Nottinghamshire.

The property backs onto the Grantham Canal providing excellent walks and a cycle route. A secure garage is offered for bicycles.

Enjoy the lovely quiet setting of this romantic spot in kneeton Storys yard , Kneeton is situated between Bingham and Newark. This is a peaceful and relaxing studio, perfect for relaxing or a romantic break with long walks in the countryside with your fury friend. There is a fast Car charger available outside. Just 20 minutes to Newark where you can get a direct train to London or enjoy a relaxing break. There is also air conditioning

Sleepover with Miniature horse Basil

Basils Barn is situated on the grounds of a 17th century manor, surrounded by a picturesque 60 acre estate. The bedroom is directly attached to Basils stable, where there is a doorway in between the two spaces. In the paddocks we also have a herd of Highland cows, Hebridean sheep, horses, pigs, chickens and Norwegian Forrest cats. Our animals are mostly rescued and all of our animals are kept strictly as pets.

Our newly built, light and spacious holiday home consists of an open plan fully equipped kitchen, dining and living area that goes through to the master bedroom. A beautiful bathroom forms an on-suite, adjacent to the bedroom. There is a wardrobe with extra pillows, coat hangers, a washing basket and a safe for your belongings.
