Our Cabin offers a cosy independent stay with a fully equipped kitchen, lounge, bedroom with super-king bed, luxury en-suite shower and utility with additional toilet. This eco friendly home has air sourced underfloor heating throughout and contains many upcycled items from the exterior reclaimed scaffolding boards to the many repurposed gems to be found inside. Stepping outside there is a private south facing patio and garden with its own parking space, all just a leisurely walk from town.

Come and stay in our spacious house in the heart of Newmarket. The house has three bedrooms, one with ensuite, an open plan kitchen, dining and living area and a fantastic outside area where you can enjoy the sun all day. The house is a five minute walk into town, where you can jump on a free shuttle bus to the famous Newmarket racecourse. The house is clean and modern but still feels homely. Horses can often be seen in the neighbouring Martin Smith Racing paddock from the bedroom windows.

Easy access from the A14, at the Newmarket junction. Recently renovated cottage set back slightly from road, with 1 king size bed and one double bed. Fully equipped kitchen and outdoor space. A good base to visit Newmarket(2 miles), Cambridge (13 miles) or even a trip to the coast as Felixstowe is under an hour away. Not suitable for children as the stairs are steep. One parking space available at the bottom of the garden. Three local pubs within walking distance.
