Log cabin from 2003 with a large terrace with a fire pit, there is a road to the cabin with its own parking space. There is electricity in the cabin, water can be collected in the water post on the way to the cabin. The cabin is located in beautiful natural surroundings, great hiking terrain and ski trails nearby. The cabin has a living room and kitchen, two bedrooms (bunk bed in one room and double bed in the other) There is no private bathroom in the cabin, but a washing water barrel and a shower that can be used outside. There is an outhouse at the cabin that is in the same building as the cabin.

The cabin is located by Tinnsjøen lake with parking right beside it. It is 6 kilometers from Mæl ferry rental in the direction of Atrå. It is 17 kilometres to Rjukan, 25 kilometres to Gaustatoppen mountain and beautiful mountain areas. Beautiful views, plenty of sun. There is no running water in the cabin, but water tap just outside. Free wood for the wood stove. When there's frost and freezing temperatures, there's no water in the tap outside. Water must be collected from the host. Rowing boat is available for free. This is in the heart of the Norwegian fairytale tradition. It is about 450 meters from the lake and 8 minutes drive from the ski slopes of Norefjell. The high mountains of Norway starts here. The trolls are in the woods just behind the cabin. They are all nice. We recomend that you have a car avaliable.

The cabin is very small, but quite comfortable. (Around 10 kvm) The bathroom is separate. Rustic interior. Most suitable for couples and good friends. If you need more space, take a look at the other cabin on our farm, (Cottage anno 1711) Sauna can be rented. 300NOK / 30 Euro per use. If you arrive by train or bus, we can pick you up at the station. For this we will charge 150 NOK / 15 Euro per way.
