Cozy basement apartment with nice view (without TV)

In a beautiful old wooden house on a hill, overlooking partly the Oslo fjord, you can rent a simple and cozy furnished basement apartment (about 50 m2) with own entrance. This is in a peaceful villa area, within walking distance to the bus that takes you to Oslo city center in about 30 minutes. The landlord lives in the same house and shares parking and garden. The house is listening, so this space is not suitable for parties and noise, but is suitable for quiet smoke-free people. A nice starting point for exploring Oslo and the surrounding area!

2 bedrooms basement flat in Søre eel Lillehammer

The apt. is located a bit up in the hill, so driveway to the house is a bit steep, can be challenge sometimes, 4WD car is an advantage on winter but 2WD is ok. 500 m from the bus stop. 70 m from the ski trails & forest. The apt. is equipped with all you need, heater, hot & cold water, electric stove/oven, washing machine, dishwashing machine, coffee machine,micro oven, refrigerator, electric kettle,Tv, dvd player, bed covers, towels, cooking utensils, cutlery and plates are all in the apartment.

1bedroom basement apartment with a private garden, kitchen, and bathroom. Located within walking distance to the beach (10min), surrounded by hiking trails and public transport. There is a grocery store 5mins away and a bus stop right outside the apartment that takes you to Oslo in <20mins. You can also drive to Oslo city center in 15-20 min. Guest parking available. The hospital (Bærum Sykehus) is 5 min drive, while the Epilepsy Centre (Statens Epilepsisykehus) is right across the street.

Welcome to the National Park Village! Beautiful view over Ustedalsfjorden and up to Urundberget! We are a family of 4, 2 adults and 2 toddlers. Apartment with kitchen, bathroom, one bedroom with double bed and sleeping sofa for two in the living room. There is underfloor heating in all floors. The apartment is perfect for friends, couples and families. The apartment is located in the middle of nature despite adjacent to RV7. There is included free parking for one car.

Welcome to a modern, bright and cozy living space within a calm, quiet and child friendly neighborhood. We are just 5 mins by car to Asker downtown and train station, 15-20 mins by car to Oslo and 20-30 mins by public transportation (bus + train) to Oslo city center (#Aker Brygge). We live near the sea with around 15-20 mins walk to Hvalstrand or Spirabukta. Great opportunity for outdoor hikes right from our doorstep! Perfect for couples or solo business travellers!

Sleeps 2 adults, 1 child in travel cot. Convenient location by Totakvannet. Enjoy peace and quiet. High standard. Nature enters the living room. Deer, hares, foxes and deer often pass by. Yoursome life. The cranes have a landing here on their way into their nesting areas. Medieval "prestvegen" goes past the property and can be followed through the forest to Sandane which is the bathing beach with large B. Sun from midday.

Separate guest apartment in quiet area

Separate apartment in private house with separate access. Quiet area and immediate to the forest with lots of nice tracks. No problem with parking. Walking distance to grocery shops and café. 20 min drive from Oslo city center. The house is located ~600 m away from the nearest bus stop, all uphill. This means it fits better for guests arriving by car or are fairly fit to walk this distance from the bus.

Guest suite with own entrance, and free parking

Lovely basement suite for rent, in a quiet villa area. 3 minutes walk to bus stop (Bus 160, enters Oslo S, via Sandvika every 15 mins) 5 min drive to Kolsås subway station. And if you come alternatively by car, there is free parking in the courtyard. Possible to arrange pick up at Kolsås subway station, should it fit with arrival time.
