Criquetot-sur-Ouville is located in the centre of a triangle formed by Rouen, Dieppe and Le Havre; the 3 cities are 30 minutes away. The first beach is only 20 minutes away. The former caretaker's house has become the gîte du p'tit château. Surrounded by an enclosed garden (beech-ash-oak on an embankment), it is tucked away out of sight. You will have a wonderful, relaxing time in this quiet and peaceful place. You'll be close to all amenities: supermarkets, shops, cinema, golf, tennis, football, swimming pool.

The entrance is separate from the Norman farmhouse that I have just restored. Set on 4 hectares on the edge of a forest. 3 km from Pavilly, on the Rouen–Dieppe, Amiens–Le Havre route. The Parking is private, closed by a gate.

The Chaplain's House

We have converted the former stables of the château into this gîte. It can accommodate up to 6 people and is a great place for the whole family to relax. Large equipped kitchen, living room with flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi. Enclosed, private garden with a terrace offering magnificent sunsets. A bedroom on the ground floor with a 160 cm bed and a shower room; upstairs, a family bedroom with a 160 cm bed and a space with 2 single beds. A bathroom with a bath-shower and double washbasin.
